Provident funds payout
I submitted my Provident fund claim payout on the 21 of October 2020 and received an email back saying the turnaround time is 4 to 6 weeks. After the 6 weeks ended i decided to send them an email to enquiring about my claim. Even today I'm still waiting for the respond. No one is responding to my emails and they are not answering they phones. Is more than 10 weeks now still no answer or payment done.
