Provident funds.
I have resigned from my company in February.
My HR sent my papers to NMG twice, i blamed my hr for delaying my claim but turns out the fault is on this people's side. I am phoning this people, emailing them everyday. Apparently there was a error with my query.
Last week ive been told by an uninterested consultant my money is by sars, when they eventually answered my call. Now im being told there was an error it will proceed to tax now, and this person spoke to their administrator.
I am tired of this people.
Is there any way a person can take things further with this people
NMG is the worst, what makes me angry is they think they are untouchable.
