Poor Service

I retired from Discovery Health in Dec 2015. the Pension Provident Fund was with NMG. To date 7 years later I am still waiting for them to transfer the funds to Old Mutual Wealth. I was alerted by SARS in July 2021 to say they were waiting for the Tax directive from MNG. NMG Anna Paula Sathee tells me the money was withdrawn from the funds and was put into a banking account earning minimal interest. No person for the last 7yrs has contacted me about the unclaimed funds. I do not accept that i must be penalized by MNG due to there fault, that my funds have earned minimal interest. Had the money been transferred to Old Mutual Wealth it would have been invested correctly to earn maximum interest so as to grow the money.
