poor service
I have been trying to get my pension payout since August last year. My divorce was finalised and all the necessary documents have been sent to Nmg and when you call Thembelihle either she does not answer or when you get hold of her she says she 2 I'll call back which she never does and I have sent her so many emails and she does not respond to any1 of them. I want and need my money.... but these people don't care....
