Pension fund withdrawel

I resigned on the 29th of August 2025 from my company. December 2025 I contacted NMG regarding my withdrawel. They told me that they are waiting for SARS. This was the 11th of December 2025. I contacted them again on the 22 of December and they had the same excuse. I contacted them again on the 7th of January 2026. I was told that the claim is being send to an administrater to be signed of. They told me it will take 48 hours. It is almost 100 hours and still nothing from them. My next step is to go to the ombusman. This is not acceptable.
