Pension Fund under liquidation, is it TRUE?

<p>I have been in contact with NMG Consultants, in regard of my late dad surplus. We've been in contact until they told me the Pension Fund is under liquidation process and no payments should be made, instructed by FSB. They told me this after I requested a letter which confirms the amount of payment that will be made to me. The High Court told me I must bring that letter if I want to get the letter of authority which confirms the executor. I am unaware of this and kind of confused, as I need clarity with this matter, if is it tre or not. The Pension fund is Ullmans Bros Pension Fund.</p>
