Dear Sir<br> <br> Please be advised that my documents were hand delivered to your company and Lloyd Tshotlhang signed for them.<br> <br> In addition the forms were sent on the 01st February 2016 and to date NO1 has even bothered to email or call me. <br> <br> <br> This is not acceptable and I am getting shoved from pillar to post. <br> <br> JANINE
