Payment never processed docs recieved 15.01.2014
I was retrenched from Ellerines the 31.12.2014 my documents were send to NMG on 13.01.2014 they confirmed with me that they have received it and i was told that it takes 6 to 8 weeks for my monies to be paid. When I emailed Jason King and administrator at NMG he explained my estimated payment date will be 10.04.2015 which is not fair towards me. I can not even pay my rent let alone by food. Why must my family suffer because of NMG. Every time I call I have to hold on for 40 mins which cost a lot of money R100 airtime and no results. this is very frustrating and I am not the only one struggling to get my monies from NMG. I should have been informed of any issues. I need my monies NMG.
