payment follow up

Was promised that payment process takes 04 to 06 weeks to pay out but its been 08weeks now am still waiting. The only time I get feedback is when I call NMG , no one bother to call me for an update. Today iv been told my claim was only send to SARS yesterday the 23/12/2021 after I was told everything is finalized on the 15/11/2021.
