Pathetic service and no update on provident withdrawal

If there was an option to rate a 0, I was going to rate the service from NMG Benefits retirement a zero. My provident withdrawal was sent to NMG by my previous employer in October 2024 but up to today, haven't received my money. Their call center number sometimes goes straight to voicemail or rings without being answered and then they automatically drop your call. If you are lucky once in a while if your call goes through, you speak to a Call center Agent who can't even answer questions that I have regarding my provident withdrawal. The Agent place you on hold trying to get hold of the claims administrator who is working on the claim, but they will come back and tell you that they sent a claims administrator and once they will call back. That never happens, they never call, it's a way they want to end a call with you. NMG are easy to point to SARS, in my case they said the tax directive was rejected by SARS but when the tax directive is issued by SARS, SARS also sent me an sms on 8 January 2025 that it was issued. I logged into SARS app and saw the issued tax directives. When I tell NMG that the tax directives were issued, for the past 3 weeks they are telling me that there were errors on tax directives and they app**** for knew ones and SARS rejected. I phoned SARS and SARS said the only tax directive request which they received from NMG was issued on the 8th of January 2025. When I told NMG about that, they now changing their story now telling me about their system. Their System Manager asked them to reapply for my tax directive. 2 weeks have passed since then but no feedback and SARS haven't received another tax directive request from NMG. I am don't know what to do with NMG, they don't respond to their emails and it's like they don't have an escalation process even if you requested that my case be escalated. The Team Lead same as the Claims administrator, they don't keep to their promises of calling you back. M here waiting for what is mine which I don't know whether I will ever get it, when I am reading all the complaints about NMG on Hellopeter.com.

I feel sorry for employees for those companies which have their provident fund administered by NMG.
