Pathetic Customer Service!
Pathetic and unreliable!!! I've probably spent 5 hours in total waiting time during yesterday and the day before trying to get through, I've even sent the agent Ncamsile countless e-mails which I have not had a response to. This has just been one bad experience. All I want is feedback and answers!
