Outraged by the lack of service

NMG is responsible to ensure that life after retirement,dismissal etc is bareable and manageable.They have failed dismally.I have been dismissed at work and is trying to get NMG to pay my benefits.The lack of professionalism is causing a reason for huge concern.If is not one thing its another there is always something and now Thembi has cut communication.It goes without saying that they just don't care.My employer has defaulted in making contributions and as adminastrators they did not bother to find out why.Now that I am in need of my benefits they just giving me a 'we-dont-care attitude'.Is this the kind of people we entrust with our benefits???.That is my hard earned money and the end result is,my children now has to suffer cause they are not coming to the party.NMG just dont communicate or give feed back.I am not asking them for special favours I just want what is rightfully mine.Their logo say\ our people our assets"this is a huge understatement.Thembi and Zarina you need to take better care of your clients"
