Not responding to request, info provided twice
We sent in a disclosure letter twice now, 16 July and 13 August with specific instructions but received no response.

On the below emails we included the member number there is no excuse to ignore all of these even after we call center and got told to use a different email no one responds:
1. 8 July 2026: *** - which is the official email stated on pension fund documentation and your website for retirement fund queries. No response.
2. . Call center tells my assistant to use ***. Which is actually incorrect because pension documentation shows otherwise.
3. 16 July 2026: ***. On this email you reply with send "letter of consent (LOC)" which was already done in previous emails so no one reads the emails or opens attachments?
4. 15 August 2026: We send the "letter of consent LOC" again. No response till date.
