Not paying

I am waiting almost 8 months to be paid out my unclaimed benefits. I get sent from pillar to post from one person to another. At first it was they processing the paperwork then it was the managers are on leave then they waiting for the managers to sign off then they waiting for the curators then the person working on my case is on leave then not at work. Today it was it's been sent over to be processed again to Lloyd. I have left my number with a promise to be called back and they never do cause the managers don't read their emails. They do tape all conversations so they can go back and listen to all the excuses I have been given by the different agents. Please I beg you I just want to be paid out please. This is from the Compass group unclaimed benefits. Can someone just be honest with me or is that to much to ask. Thank you
