Not happy at all, worst benefit

These people take long to pay out people's money. I submitted my claim at HR early December 2019, when I called them to follow up late January, was told they received my forms on the 6th of January and it should take 6-8 weeks to receive my payout. We are on the 9th week now, nothing still. When I called beginning of the 9th week, which was Monday, Was told Sars has cleared off the money and should come in any minute. It's Thursday today still nothing. I don't understand what's the hold up. I need my money.
