Nonsensical service!!

I am utterly disappointed with the service I've received from them. It's been two years that I've been waiting for this settlement with no luck. The lack of empathy and the cat and mouse chase is awful.. On top of having to deal with three deaths, now I must deal with chasing around people who just don't care?
