No service at all

No sense of urgency or commitment from NMG staff and when you call is like they don't know what you are talking about, just so pathetic. My previous company submitted my claim withdrawal documents mid January and now NMG cannot get hold of the administrator handling my claim. Everyday you call we cannot get hold of your administrator. This is my worst nightmare why must we chase after you to get our money which you were so happy to deduct every month???? Almost everyone claiming through NMG has a bad story to tell. My question is why are you still in business when it's clear you not reliable or accountable with our finances. Please sort out my issues and tell me when I'm getting my money tired of mailing and calling you with no assistance.
