No service

Called to speak to the pensions department and was told the lady who deals with the pensions is on lunch this is at 14:30 I was then told that she will call me back at 15:00 as soon as she returns from lunch. At 15:15 still no response I decided to call them and this time no answer the phones just ringing. The receptionist then told me to call the Johannesburg branch . Which I failed to do at the time when I called the cape town branch at 15:27.i was told that the pensions department already left. And will only be able to assist me tomorrow. Really I have seen some bad service in my life, but nothing like this pension fund.
