No Payout On Funds
NMG staff are *********** and have no urgency to service their clients or put in any effort to their job. I have been hassling since the 22nd of May waiting for these useless people to process my fund payout. After dealing with so many of their employees still nothing has been done. Now apparently due to some system issue they are unable to pay out the fund as if that is my problem. I cannot believe the horrible service and after asking on many occasions for me to updated with progress it's always the same damn thing we will call you back and nothing happens. The people responsible is Emma Rafferly and Thabo Mvisi.
If my funds are not paid out I am definitely going to lay a complaint at the OMBUDSMAN. I will never ever suggest for anyone to utilize NMG due to the poor service delivery 😕
