No feedback / payout
I have been waiting for my provident pay out from December. I called last month following up on the claim. I was advised that I would definitely receive my payout by the last day of January 2021. I have been calling for the past couple of days there's no answer , I hold on till the call disconnects Can somebody please call me and tell me what's the issue
