No feedback! No assurances!!
I resigned end of July with my previous employer and according to NMG the benefit payout would be made in 40 days. End Of September will be more than those 40 days. I have received some feedback from them but I am not entirely satisfied. One of the steps they make to arrive at a final payout is to get a positive tax directive from SARS (which according to SARS takes 2 days). I logged onto my e-Filing profile today to check if NMG has made an application for directive in my name and it seems they have not. If you call, no one answers. This is really not good at all. It seems NMG does not care about all these bad reviews at all. We should share our experiences with NMG with our previous employers so they become aware of the frustrations we go through after exiting their employment.
