Nmg,an absolute nightmare to work with

Nmg has to be the worst I have ever dealt with! I always have to call them. They never notify you when there is problem with your claim, how you're supposed to know there is a problem is beyond me! Its annoying. Different story from each consultant. Apparently SARS rejected my application because there is an error with the tax number, they don't explain what you need to do next. Where must I get airtime to hold on the line forever while waiting for them to just give you another story. I'm sick of them. Terrible company, terrible service. Unhelpful staff.. Everything is a nightmare!
