Nmg waiting for godot

I don't understand how hard is it to get information from you people I have tried calling and emailing for 2 months now. Where is my money? Nobody can answer this for me and it's really disappointing. How long is this supposed to take? My last contribution was received in December but here I am. Still waiting.
