nmg useless

I went on pension and have submitted the claim on the 3rd of Feb 2025 and they state once the they receive the claim it takes between 2 - 6 weeks for payment. We are at week 10 and every time I ask for feedback then there is a lot of excuses why my claim has not been payed out. First it was on some ones desk for 4 weeks without processing it. After 10 weeks it is only now at sars for tax directive. Totally unacceptable. Cant think that any company wants to make use of their Pathectic services.
