Nmg stop robbing us, we want out money...

I have been contacted by a tracing company on behalf of nmg of which staff members were so rude. Tried calling nmg regarding the matter with no help, the advisors aren't sure what's going on, tried mailing nmg still have not got a response in over a month. I have resigned from from that company 8 years ago in 2012 and it is now 2020.at the date if resignation nmg advised me I don't have any funds available to me, so now they call me 8 years later with unclaimed benefits, of which I don't understand with back n forth mails from the tracing company it seems to me that nmg is trying by all means to rob me of my hard earned money. They cannot give a straight answer these guys are real ******, so I don't understand why they have been trying to rob me for the past 8 years. Ever since nmg doesn't take my calls in an attempt to make it seem as if they could not get hold of me, as if I'm a magician that could just disappear. Nmg you stop robbing people.
