1stly your consultants are sleeping on the job...literally. 2nd they are quite USELESS!!!!!

I submitted my withdrawal forms with you on the 5th of October 2021, which were confirmed to have been received on the 15th of October. Till this day, this has not been resolved. I have been calling, emailing, reaching out to your consultants on LinkedIn and none of you are making means to resolve this

Your service continues to be poor, I have no understanding whatsoever how you are still in business especially with GIANT companies like Discovery.
