Nmg provident fund withdrawal

Good day my name is Lindile exstaff member of Edcon /Accenture was retrenched 28th august 2020 employee number ***6 been enquirying as to when am i going to receive my NMG provident fund from this organization since September 2020 till today these poeple dont even bother to send back a proper response . My conclusion is that they have used my money and now they dont want to pay. I have 12 years of service i understand some exstaff members have only been paid R25000 .

Can some assit me please i am unemployed and struggling i dont have medical aid i have seen a specialist and a procedure needs to be done i dont know how am i going to pay the hospital.
