nmg promise means nothing

First complaint 2nd of June.I was promised my payout by 10 July, only to be told that due to some calculations problem the payment will be made by the 25 of July. Today is the 29 , and as expected no payment still.4 month down the line, and still no payout. How long does a calculations take? 4 months !!! And yes some special team was assigned on the 10 of July to sort out this issue\what a joke
