Please can I have an honest competent member of your staff tell me honestly when my money will be paid out? Your employees are all *****!!! From the call centre agents to the administrators and even the fund manager who blatantly **** to me on Friday and said she had my file on her desk as we speak and will authorise and make payment THIS IS NOT THE 90'S PAYMENT DOESN’T TAKE 5 DAYS TO CLEAR - I'M NOT AN IDIOT. It has been 4 months of nothing - my claim was submitted in March, my financial advisor submitted the ROT on 18 April and on 13 May I received an email from Tshepo to say that my claim is in for payment release…. it's been a month since Tshepo emailed me and my payment is still being released??????? I don’t want to speak to another lying human being I JUST WANT MY MONEY TO BE PAID INTO MY ACCOUNT!!!!
