NMG is a nightmare!!!!

My husband has been struggling wuth this place for over 5 months now for his provident fund payout, i dont even want to mention the amount of airtime wasted making calls to this company and the time, because you literally on hold for close to 30 or an hour. Last week they told us money will be in by Tuesday, but when we called today they told him that its still in processing and there is no money yet someone still needs to approve application. The application was done in September already. People at this organization are useless. This is our money our family is going through hard times and these people are playing. This company is pathetic
