NMG is a ****. Don’t use them ever.
Please do not use NMG Benefits as an employer. I am still awaiting my payout since October 2024. I have called & emailed several times with no response. They say it takes 6 - 8 weeks to process claims, it’s been more than 8 weeks in my case & nothing has been communicated with me. Their number NEVER gets answered - you get hung up on. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE organisation to deal with.
