NMG financial administrators is a bunch of ******!!!

It has been over a month since I am trying to get hold of this Cedar NMG Financial Funds Administrator business who has my Provident fund NMG Wealth Builder account contributions made by the company I was working for. I have resigned end of Oct 2024 and have been trying to call and email your company to make sure you they received my withdrawal documents. I have been trying to get hold of them for more than a month, to no success, no email responses or call backs. I emailed several times to *** but got no feedback and I phoned several times but I stay on hold and wasted more than R200 worth of airtime which I probably won’t get back. I wanted to withdraw all my funds that is within their possession. I know waiting time is 6 - 8 weeks but the other negative reviews here on HelloPeter of people saying they wait more than 3 months for their money after having to chase the company for their money is concerning. The worst customer service ever. This company should be put all over social media.
