Nmg employee benefits complain
I am very disappointed at how Nmg Benefits is handling our queries, they are so unprofessional, their service is very poor it's been over 3 Months since my resignation and I still didn't get my packages, How long should one wait though, after days of not responding to my emails and calls only last Month they rep**** and said my money should be in next week beginning of August now we close to Month end now I haven't heard from them since. I'm so frustrated, worried and angry at the same time. This is not fair at all. I need help with the correct Ombudsman so I can report them this is unacceptable
