NMG don't want to pay my pension fund

I've been retired for over 5 months now and NMG Benefits has not yet paid over my pension fund. I've been calling their offices and even sent e-mails and every time I'm bring told a different story. The last time I was told my banking details got lost and that I should submit proof from bank. I submitted and when I called again I was told that the lady who was handling my account was on maternity leave, some lady by the name of M Chopamba! I'm at the point where I'm even thinking of going to the media and expose this company because no one wants to take responsibility for my missing pension fund! I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants to invest their pension fund!
