NMG does not take anyone seriously
It's been 10 weeks since my last day with my previous employer. I've been communicating with Nomvula Ngwenya on average four times a week by phone and email. She always makes promises about payment date and never meets any of those promises.

Getting my fund statement was a mission. I actually thought NMG was doctoring my funds to keep some for themselves. Absolutely no trust in them.

I was assured that funds would be paid out today (first it was 30 September, then 2nd October, then 5, 6, and 7 October and finally 8 October. Each new day gives birth to a new day at NMG - literally.

Now, my dear consultant is not answering my calls. This after she promised to call me latest at 3pm today.

I have absolutely nothing good to say about NMG. The level of professionalism is lacking big time. They do not seem to take anyone seriously - not good at all for customer retention. I have never come across such levels of incompetency. They always have excuses.

This must be the pension fund administrator version of kitchen nightmares!
