NMG Disbenefits
I have withdrawn from the fund in December 2022 NMG says they recieved my documents on the 13th of January 2023 from my ex employer. I was advised that the turn around time is 6 - 8 weeks for a payment,the full 8 weeks lapsed no payment. I enquired from Sharissa who informed me outside of the 8 weeks the money is being disinvested from the market and that will take another 7 working days. Sharissa reffered me to Lebo Mnguni the fund admnistrator who rep**** after a five working days ,Lebo in an email wrote "we are waiting for a tax directive or confirmation " and from there another 14 working days will be app**** to disburse the fund.
I have exited funds in the past and never waited even a month for the pay out.
NMG Benefits is the worst fund manager in the history of fund managers and no one will take this prize from them in a very long time..
Just to compare apples with apples I sent an enquiry to Sanlam the same day i started enquiring at NMG however there is a stark difference Sanlam has sent me emails and even phone calls.
Even the department of labour is streets better than them.
