NMG Benefits Worst Customer Service

NMG’s service has been incredibly disappointing. It has been six months since I initiated the transfer of funds, yet there has been no progress. Despite multiple follow-ups, the process remains unresolved, causing unnecessary frustration and financial inconvenience. To make matters worse, their consultants are completely unresponsive—they don’t answer their phones or provide any meaningful updates. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, and this experience has been nothing short of a nightmar
