NMG Benefits unreliable employees

<p>I have been experiencing the WORST with NMG Benefits. My dad's death claim has been finalised, it was finalised in November 2016 and we still haven't received anything. When we call Zelma she always has a story. She basically has a different story every time. She is the most unreliable person i have ever had to deal with. Promises cannot be kept, we even asked for a letter from her to show proof to my little sisters school that there is money yet it's in process...NOTHING was done. She has been making an excuse about SARS since January. This needs to be dealt with ASAP... they are depriving peoples children from their birth rights. My dad left that money for us so we could have a better future and not struggle when he is gone yet this is happening. Honestly, it's shocking!</p>
