Nmg benefits ? There's no benefit at all with this company.

Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic. I can't believe a big company I us ed to be employed use this company to handle their employees funds. I wouldn't let them handle petty cash.Oh my god how unprofessional they are. I contacted them last week thursday at around 1pm and spoke to someone by the name of puseletso regarding my pension and providential fund pay out. I do understand there's a 4 to 6 week waiting period, so I felt that 9 May is fair time to.contact them as my documents was sent through on the 11 of March. Puseletso then told me that an administrator ( couldn't provide name) is busy with my account and they need to send it to stars for tax and as soon as it gets back from sars I should receive payment. I asked her how much the pay out will be she said she can't advise me telephonically she will get the administrator to call me and email me. After not hearing from anyone I call this morning and speak to puseletso again. Now u agree Huddleston probably speaks to a lot of people and there's a lot of different queries she had to deal with, understandable. However she then says that she has no recollection of me speaking to her and she did not say any of that, the only notes on the system was from last month. Now I did enquire if the calls are recorded and to please provide recordings however the the integrity of this company is in question in m y mind already. So when I told Puseletso the exact date that I called then she could see she spoke to me but couldn't remember saying those things. Call recordings please?? I believe I can request them...but guess what? I can't request them from anyone as now no one answers my call after being on hold for close to 30 minutes. So after I started writing this I get an email of a quote from an administrator which according to what I paid in is around 5k short of what I'm receiving. I don't wanna say I'm getting ****** by a company that's supposedly supposed to look after our retirement. All I'm asking for is someone to communicate with me but I don't think they are answering my number.
