NMG Benefits Service Delivery

Good Day, Not often we can commend outstanding service, but on this occasion I would like to thank Marius Prinsloo from NMG Benefits for assisting in resolving a matter for my mum. My mum had contacted the firm on numerous occasion and was unfortunately not assisted and was told by a lady who I will not mention that they will look into the problem and unfortunately this never happened. She was frustrated and upset with the lack of response shown from the staff and therefore requested my assistance in resolving her issue. I then contact the individual who was initially helping my mum. She then referred to me Marius. Marius is a pleasant and accommodating individual. He listened to the issue and understood the frustration that my mum was feeling. Also took into consideration that she is a pensioner and tried to assist me. My initial thought was to call Marius and share a piece of my mind regard their operational service. However this did not happen as Marius and I got to speaking and after explaining the issue he said he will handle it. So he did. Response and feedback from Marius was constant which is all we wanted, just to be informed of the escalation. I believe the company needs more of Marius's like people and you will grow from strength to strength. Brilliant man, just keep up the good work.
