NMG Bad, Slow Disgusting service

<p>i am extremly disapointed with the service i have received from nmg. I submitted a claim on the 22)11)2016 and i was told they are processing my application....Only to receive an email in january 2017 saying they have a new submission form that i must fill in?? like what the damn was going on for me to be only told this a month later after they accepted my submission!!!!!Anyway i did not argue i like a fool humble accepted this and resubmitted the same day...I was then "told" that my claim was going to be paid by end of january 2017 latest and they are truely sorry! Hahahaha i was fooled! because im still waiting for the payment! i dont even want to speak to them because they going to lie to me again! Now im a fair person so i understand that they having high rates of claims but do not give me false information...IF YOU CANT DELIVER ON TIME THEN SAY SO!DO NOT GIVE CLIENTS A DATE AND THEN ANOTHER EXCUSE WHEN ITS TIME TO DELIVER! </p>
