NMG a ****

NMG failed to transfer my pension to another fund, after a year of asking them. They eventually transferred it to another Administrator that I did not even know. They had to recall my fund from there. At whose expense. After all the back and forth failing to transfer I eventually requested that they just pay it into my account, which they did and stole a potion of it which they cant explain where did they pay it to.The tax directive is there for that amount they stole but the money never reached my account. Guess what ,it was only the beginning of my problems because they requested a number of Directives from SARS which there is no lump sum declared against those directives. I am now unable to file my tax returns because of that, my returns were rejected. When I tell them that SARS is asking them to do amendments and declare, they denying everything saying they submitted ,everything is in order on their side. The stress they have put me under is unmeasurable
