Negative feedback

On 26th Nov 2014 I have submitted my pension and provident withdrawal. Since the I have been getting nothing els bud lies from Nmg consultancy. I have called several times without any win. First consultanc was Thembi which she promised me that payment was going to be made between 26 and 27th of Jan. Wen I called on the 28th she was on leave and Chipo could not understand why the payment was not made and she promised hat she was going to work on it and payment will be done the following day which was he 29th. When I followed up today. I could not get Chipo and the person that was assisting me told that that I have to wait another 2 weeks while they verify if I don't have any outstanding home loan with Fnb. My question was why they keep on lying to me. I don't think hey know what hey are doing.
