Ncamsile saves the day!

It should be noted that my 5 star review is for the agent who assisted me after I have exhausted all avenues and escalation processes. My journey started with unprompted SMS' telling me that my application is being processed, the shock I felt. When I finally decided to move my money from NMG I was met with so many delays I was convinced that I would not get a cent of my hard earned money. Well things changed when Ncamsile Thwala picked up my case. She kept me informed with every step of the process, giving daily updates if need be. I am grateful for all her help, as I was finally able to get my money. I wish everybody in NMG was as agile as Ncamsile is.
