NBG Benefits - no "benefit" in having them administer your employee benefits!

This company administers Discovery's employee benefits. I recently resigned from Discovery and opted to have my provident fund benefit paid out to me. Their SLA with Discovery stipulates 6-8 weeks turnaround time from date of withdrawal from the fund. I withdrew from the fund on the 30th of July last contribution being for July, my last working day being the 8th of August 2018. It is now more than 10 weeks later and NO attempt has been made by them to contact me with regards to any delays in processing my provident fund claim. I have contacted them myself to follow up with ZERO luck, they just do not care. The administrators attitude and response was simply "get in line"... This is extremely poor service from them and I am of the opinion that a company like Discovery should be very careful who they use as their service providers as this reflects badly on the company itself, even though they are not in control of this or even aware of this bad service that their employees/ ex-employees receives when exiting the provident fund. I am going to see if this complaint can be officially logged with the FSB under the Treating Customers Fairly regulation so that this can be on record.
