Misleading & Disgusted In Service Quality

I am honestly disgusted in the way this company handles witjdrwal claims of their client. It is as if tjey doing us a favour and by law it is our money that we contributed. How the hell does a Fund Manager Disinvest the wrong amount when we apply for our funds. They should have a track record of the funds contributed by the company I work for and accurate records.I spoke to a lay Yvonne and she advised she has submitted my funds for tax directive but I called this morning andthe consultant advised that she had not submitted. I am highly frustrated and disgusted in this comoany and uts as if they want to pay my funds out. This is totally unacceptable and I feel the need to seriously ups**** the staff as they ate quick to take our money and invest. This is pathetic and I have never investing again.
