Members Withdrawal

I resigned from the Four Seasons hotel the Westcliff on the 3 July 2017 I signed all the documentation for the Members Withdrawal payout and until today I have not received anything no feedback nothing. I contacted the hotel and I was notified that my documents had been sent through and that the payout takes 6 to 8 weeks. This is unacceptable as now it is the middle of November almost the end of the year and I haven't received anything. I would like to know what the issue is as I require the funds to pay for family responsibilities.
