Massive Thanks

Dear NMG Team,

I would like to take the time to thank Kgosi and Nolubabalo Ngqomfa, who tirelessly worked on resolving my claim.

As much as it is easy to submit a complaint about companies, it should also be easy to write a message of thanks to the staff who gave their all in ensuring that they help their customers to the best of their ability.

It wasn't an easy process but Kgosi and Nolu really restored my faith in NMG by keeping me posted every step of the way. Also in understanding my personal circumstances putting themselves in their customers position.

Also, I commend the NMG Helopeter Team who tirelessly replies to each client's comments and ensures we receive adequate replies.
