Lies and mis-truths?

On the 30th of November, Notice of Withdrawal was issued to yourselves.

A follow-up 4 weeks later was conducted and advise was given that the forms had been received and were being processed.

I have followed up twice post this to ensure we are on track, and no issues were raised.

Today, your self-mandated maximum of 8 weeks have expired.

I received a call earlier via an extremely poor line advising what sounded like an excuse around some or other issue.

I have been in contact a few times, and never once was any issue highlighted or reported.

Should my monies not reflect in my account and new pension by tomorrow, further steps will be taken to ensure that my interest is obtained directly from yourselves.

Excuses will not be entertained.
