Katlego thebyane -Extremely bad service.

If I could give a below zero star, I would. I interacted with Katlego Thebyane. The lack of communication is distasteful, the fact that when I called with an issue, I was advised it would be resolved and to my surprise my request was blatantly ignored. All correspondence I had on email had suddenly disappeared from my emails to prove a track record and I am certain those calls must have been deleted or tampered with as well. I was billed twice for my medical aid where Katlego should have assisted with a transfer. I am honestly dissatisfied.
